Nutra Hospitality Group was founded by American serial restauranteur Damien Perez, widely credited for pioneering the ‘hybrid restaurant lounge’ concept in Chicago in the late 1990s, and Xiao Jiang, a British-Chinese marketing professional with a sharp eye for trends.
