Established in 2024, Nutra Hospitality Group was founded by American serial restauranteur Damien Perez, widely credited for pioneering the ‘hybrid restaurant lounge’ concept in Chicago in the late 1990s, and Xiao Jiang, a British-Chinese marketing professional with a sharp eye for trends.
Together, they bring forward-thinking ideas and a visionary approach to dining and social spaces, that ensures each concept resonates with diverse audiences.
Nutra is set to make its exciting debut in London with the introduction of creative new concepts.
